Everyone has their own understanding of the practice of meditation. Nature is a very powerful avenue to getting in touch with our inner selves. As with any meditation, we encourage you to create an inviting atmosphere by minimizing distractions. For example, close the door, light a candle, and put on your favouite music. Allow the beauty and colour to fill you with peace and harmony. Stay with each image as long as you need to.
