to achieve. The objectives entail a range of knowledge, skills and attitudes
for students to develop.
Information
Technology Outcomes:

Students will demonstrate navigational
skills in using the WWW.

Students will develop skills in using search
engines on the Internet to locate relevant information about Toronto.
Cross
Curriculum Expectations:

Students will understand the needs of their
audience and purpose of their project (Language-Writing).

Students will demonstrate good knowledge
of tourist attractions in Toronto (Social Studies -culture strand).

Students will display an understanding
of budgeting money, considering costs into their plans (Math- Number Sense
and Numeration).

Students will develop presentation skills
that will engage their audience members (Language-Oral & Visual communication).
