1, If the course have a good text book, it would help me a lot.
#2, I think that the course is too much to do within 14 weeks.
#3, It sometimes to difficult to meet my group members for the team work.
#4, Everybody has many questions for making web pages. If the class has
some opportunities, it helped.
#5, Otherwise, everything is very good.I am satisfied with the course.
5 Improvements:
1. Remind students to look at your webpage at every class.
2. In the class outlines introduce the topics of next classes
(so we can keep it in mind). Specially when we have assignments
coming up.
3. Give handouts helping students specially regarding web page topics.
4. Assign a books, to help us with the various subjects.
Five things that I didn't like:
1. Too early
2. Felt rushed and couldn't finish my page on time.
3. Was unclear when things were due.
4. Computers always screwing up
5. Should have only team assignments to save time
Areas to improve include more exercise in building the web pages before
doing the actual one.It is frustrating and time consuming realizing at
the end the bullets, rules, and images are not saved well.
____________________________________________________________________________On the other hand I have found that there are somethings that can be
improve in this course. I think talk more about the power point
before we use it is very helpful because many of us did not know computer
very well before attend this class. Also I think more explanations about the
useful of the power point is needed. The homepage is the most confusing
part for me in this course because I think I have no time to do it and
also more information and explanations are needed before we do the
individual homepage such as the graphics, the background colours. However I
found that the team homepage is useful because I can know more about
homepage before I do my own web pages.
Finally I hope there is more time to learn more about netscape and E-mail
such as how to talk with the other who is playing the E-mail.

In order to improve this course, is to update all the computers in this
school. The computers were very slow this semester and the color graphics
were horrible.

Five improvements/suggestions:
1)At the beginning of the semester it might be a good idea to teach the
creation of web pages before getting into power-point. power-point is a
much easier application to grasp and doesn't take nearly as much time to
put together.
2)Eliminate keeping journals because all effort is geared to making the
best presentations possible.
3)Computers should be equipped with Netscape 3.0 gold to facilitate the
creation of web pages.
4)Introduce and explain some of the other functions of the e-mail system
at Seneca.(why & when they are used)
5)In order to supplement in class lessons on web page creation, a book on
web page creation should be prescribed by you and available in the Seneca
bookstore.

The 5 suggestions for improvements to the course:
1. Students have to buy HTML text book, you suggest a good one for
students.
2. Teaching more Senecac "Terminal - Learn " account skill
3.Team Power Point persentation first
4. Teaching Scanning skill before Power Point persentaion

Also I would like to suggest that as
you requested, what I recommend for improvements for next semesters
class,well the only thing I can think of is that the program add a
textbook in which the students would be able to follow along, I think it
makes things alot easier, and alot less time consuming. So that's
basically it! The only negative thing about the course, which is beyond
your control was the "time".

The html book is a compulsory text for the beginners like us to read

The five things we need to improve
is: The textbook is more useful for the class More assignment to do to
help us to be more understanding Learn more comprehensive skill for the
Asian student because we used to memory the reading for our study. If we
finished our individual presentation, I hope another student will stay
until the presentation to be finished, otherwise it will make another
student to be disappointed. More practice for the individual and group
Homepage becacause it will take more time to do it especially for the
exam. week. If possible, write more words to the broad because the
Asian's student hearing is very weak.

Believe it or not, it's been difficult for me to think of 5 things
for improvement. I don't know if my advice is useful or not, anyways,
here are some of my suggestions:
1) The computers in our classroom are slow. This will
somehow restrict our ideas and therefore the quality of our work.
2)We've spend much time on Powerpoint presentations(individuals' and
teams'), and therefore we don't have plenty of time working on web pages
in class.
3) As you've mentioned, a reference book may be helpful to
solve our problems regarding web page development. I couldn't think of
anything else. Sorry for that!
