INTERNET CONNECTIONS

GETTING CONNECTED

The old addage about not reinventing the wheel comes to mind when looking for resources in teaching. Of course we have the tried and true libraries full of books and article journals, even CD ROMs. With the advent of the internet however, we have much much more. It is now possible for teachers to come together across continents, beyond the restrictions inposed by time and distance, to communicate and exchange ideas for developing curriculum. The following is a sampling of news groups and list servs which may be helpful to educators.
