hydracal prefill for mold

prefill needs to be textured

plaster-dipped doubled burlap strip

applied on outside of bound mold

seals the two mold parts together

 

making sure seal is secure

mold inverted ready to fill

filling top of the mold with hydracal

 

top filled - building lower shell with fill
