About Derek:

I graduated from Western Ontario in the Media, Information and Technoculture, their multi-disciplinary program in all things online and new media. I consider myself a bit of a jack of all trades when it comes to media and online technologies, although with the explosion of new online technologies out there it is getting harder and harder to keep up with the latest and greatest. I’ve generally always worked in higher education environments, including York University, Georgian College, and for the past 10 years at UofT.

My current role at OISE is to assist faculty with whatever digital needs they have for courses and research projects.  I work with faculty to assist with whatever technology brings about the best benefit to their own personal pedagogy.
